Anti Bloom thinner is used for thinning of all makes of cellulose paints, giving topcoat and primer a lesser chance of blooming caused by moisture & cold weather.
 
This thinner is 100% virgin grade quality, the cutting action in the paint or primer is much quicker therefore the evaporation is more uniform to give a consistent effect and better gloss retention on top coats.
 
Please note these may come in a plain white tin
